Dr Arun Ghosh
Dr Arun Ghosh was born in Liverpool and schooled on the Wirral before commencing his undergraduate medical training at Liverpool University and has remained serving the local community he is part of.
Qualifying in 2003 he started his junior doctor years at Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral before deciding on a career in General Practice. He then commenced this training at Whiston Hospital completing his rotations of all the necessary specialities and developing his main interests in Sexual Health, Weight Management, Addiction and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He currently works part time for the NHS and privately for the Spire Hospital group.
His media works has been extensive commencing on local radio and presenting his own weekly radio show called The City Surgery for the Bauer Media Group on Radio City and City Talk. He has also guested for the BBC Radio working on the Trisha Goddard show before being picked up by ITV's Trinnny and Suzanna's Great British Body and BBC's regional networks. Currently he works as the Resident Doctor for the Jeremy Kyle Show a position he has happily held for the last 2 years.
