Mike Toolan

Mike Toolan has been hosting Manchester's most popular Breakfast Show - Toolan in the Morning on Key 103 over the last 10 years. The programme has achieved worldwide acclaim scooping Gold at the New York Radio Awards, in addition to a number of Sony Radio Awards including Bronze for Best Breakfast Show from 2006 - 2008! Mike was nominated in the Arquiva Awards - 'Presenter of the Year' category in 2009.

Mike started his television career presenting for the newly launched Channel 5, hosting "The Mag" & "Turnstyle" and has recently been seen as one of the hosts on ITV 1's popular Bingo Night Live programme. Mike has performed in twice at the Manchester Palace Theatre in First Family Productions pantomimes alongside Tina O'Brien, John Thompson and Gemma Atkinson.

Mike has just received yet another Sony Award nomination for 2010 for his breakfast show and continues to go from strength to strength while he has also been busy developing a number of television formats, including "Sell Me The Answer" recently being commissioned by Sky One and sold to 11 international territories to date. He is working on his next TV format as we go to press.

Mike recently worked with ITV 1’s This Morning programme contributing as part of the team that reviews the news each morning.
