Dougie Anderson

Dougie was snapped up by BBC3 on the back of sending in a short film he had made in his garden.  He then started his television career as a music reporter for UK Play’s The Phone Zone and soon went on to work on many varied television shows including Channel 4’s Rise, E4’s The Games, and 4Music.  For several years running Dougie one of the presenters for the T in the Park coverage for BBC 3 and BBC Scotland and also presented Glastonbury Calling (BBC3) in 2003. 

In 2005 he was asked to present a brand new prime time BBC 1 show called Stars in Fast Cars and also That’s So Last Week (C5).   2006 saw Dougie hosting the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (C4) which visited many major cities around the UK. 
 
Currently Dougie is  hosting the Red Bull Air Races on Channel 4.  This series sees him presenting with Konnie Huq from as far flung places as Abu Dhabi, San Diego and Australia for these global events which are dubbed ‘The F1 of the Skies’.

He is also regular panellist on Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk.
