Lucie has spent over 10 years at heat, joining in 2003 as a freelance news reporter from a broadcasting role at Trouble TV. She rose to the position of Executive Editor in 2008, stepped up as Editor in 2011 and is now Editor in Chief across the heat portfolio (radio, mag, online, TV, heat extra). In the last 2 years the brand reach has grown from 4 to 5 million consumers.
As well as being an innovative and talented journalist, Lucie is a multi-skilled media professional – presenting and producing for heat TV, 4music, heatworld.com, as well as 2 x heat radio shows per weekend plus live programming and specials.
An experienced broadcaster – Lucie also appears on National TV including co-hosting ITV2’s National Television Awards coverage, E! at the Baftas and is a sought-after media pundit and regular red carpet anchor.
She is famed for her range of exploits – all in the name of heat – such as becoming Simon Cowell’s most diminutive bodyguard for the day, appearing in The Only Way is Essex, co-writing an Episode of Hollyoaks, getting James Corden to strip off to his underpants for a spoof David Beckham shoot and persuading Naomi Campbell to show her the entire contents of her handbag.
Lucie is also currently writing a weekly blog for Grazia Daily called ‘Bride Boggles’ and has written several books – most recently ghost-writing Joey Essex’s Number 1 selling autobiography.
